Yoga Under the Ropes

Yoga Under the Ropes

Yoga Under the Ropes

We took your traditional yoga workout to new heights (literally) with Yoga Under the Ropes! Ashley Bell Yoga and Lululemon’s Masika proved to be a winning combo out here. After coloring the course with an array of mats, we all got our sweat on while Katie Gandy took some awesome aerials!

After the marvelous session concluded, many Yogis stayed around for Climb for a Cause, benefitting Camp Happy Days. It was so great to see that although we had such a diverse group with amazing flexibility, the course was still unique and challenging! Instructor Ashley Bell—a yoga rock star— even needed some adjustment to the altitude! We loved watching the group expand their comfort zone and Go Beyond with us!!

A day with ABA Outreach

A Day with ABA Outreach

We had such a fun time with ABA Outreach!! This wonderful group provides Applied Behavior Analysis services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders to families and communities in Charleston, SC.

Anyone who is educated about autism will tell you how unbelievable it feels when you really reach a person, help them feel secure and assist while they push past their limitations. The kids and therapists from ABA outreach were awesome and we relished every moment we were able to help facilitate their team. Working with them was rewarding to everyone and we are so honored they chose to come ‘hang’ with us!

One of our favorite moments of the day was when one student, who had a tremendous fear of seat belts, rocked the WBR harness system and wound up shrieking with joy up on the ropes! Way to ‘Go Beyond’ ABA Outreach!
