Benefitfocus ‘Hangs’ at Wild Blue Ropes!

After having a wonderful experience himself at Wild Blue Ropes, Dustin Freeman contacted our marketing staff about bringing his Integration Services Team from Benefitfocus out to the ropes for team building. We design our team building program around the goals each group has set for their specific team. The crew from Benefitfocus chose to center the program on their company values – which are to provide anticipatory service and to respect the individual!

The Benefitfocus Group is ready to go!

Once supplied with these goals, one of our facilitators went to work and developed an excellent program for these challenge-hungry professionals. We started with the always-challenging Helium Hula Hoop exercise. Watching this group tackle this tough task was an absolute delight for our staff! Immediately, it was clear this team was well-versed in the realm of critical thinking. Their next challenge, the ground-based telephone pole, stumped them at first! However, this group continued to amaze us with their awesome communication and teamwork!
By the time they reached the first level of the ropes, you could tell there was not one specific leader of this team! As already shown through the ground exercises, Benefitfocus defines the word “Team” and helped one another out to conquer the elements.

We love the concentration!

We love the concentration!

The Wild Blue Ropes team heard plenty of advice flying between teammates 35’ up in the air! Later that evening, one of the managers offered up a prize for the first person to conquer the Tarzan Ropes–a very tough challenge! Jennifer, the smallest of the team members, went straight to the element and breezed through it like a champ! Way to go, Jennifer! Wild Blue Ropes had a wonderful time with the Benefitfocus team and we are so happy they could Go Beyond with us!
